Forum will explore changing demographics and housing trends

The Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board is pleased to be a partner of this upcoming event.
How will changing demographics impact housing demand and availability in the future? What services or amenities will be required to meet future lifestyle needs? These questions and others will be explored at a housing forum organized by the Region of Waterloo and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).

The Past is NOT the Future: Housing Choice and Demographic Change will be held on June 15, 2010, at the Waterloo Region Museum. Topics to be covered include demographic trends, housing market and demand, changing lifestyle choices and preferences, as well as future areas for research and study.
