Annual Charity Golf Tournament Raises $27,513

KITCHENER-WATERLOO, ON (August 23, 2016) –

Recently the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR) presented a cheque in the amount of $27,513 to Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region. The funds were raised through the KWAR’s 23rd annual charity golf tournament held at Rebel Creek Golf Club on Tuesday June 28th, 2016.

“This year’s tournament was our most successful ever,” said KWAR president Charlotte Zawada. “As REALTORS® we are proud to support Habitat for Humanity in their mission of building affordable housing and promoting homeownership as a means to break the cycle of poverty.”
